I find it weird for a guy to watch make-up tutorials.
It was a couple of weeks ago when YouTube recommended me to watch this video of tutorials about make-up. Then I got a little into it and started watching more of these videos. From Michelle Phan to Kandee Johnson and much more. From what I get from these vids are that girls with make-up do look much more beautiful but I'm sorry to say natural beauty is still the best of all cause they look more genuine. Few weeks ago, I went out with a friend to catch a movie. Due to my shyness, we just talked a little and it was mostly about other people, what interesting things they did, school and the movie. Thinking back, the things I asked her was pure idiotic and bland. What caught me was how she present herself. First of all, she did not put on heavy make-up like how the other people would on a "sort-of-date". Imagine if she had put on heavy make up and wore like she was going for prom or something and I just went there with my usual collar t-shirt and shorts, it would be damn awkward and contradicting.
My point is that girls without make up look much better and genuine especially when that girl is the girl you are in love with. Maybe I'm just bland and tasteless or maybe this is what people should care less about; make up. Long ago when I first started crushing on girls, I've drawn my interest into girls with medium or long hair and doesn't rely on make up just to look beautiful . I guess it reflects a person when he/she is able to take care of the most basic thing we have, our hair. Personally, I think girls with medium or long hair is able to take good care of themselves and is independent. It also reflects a person whether he/she is a slacker or a hardworking person. Sometimes girls with short hair also have their own reasons. Not that they care less about their cleanliness or just pure lazy, some people having personal issues like depression or any other disturbing things cut their hair short for good reasons.
